Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via Swiss Post Economy or Priority with tracking and drop-off without signature. As soon as your package is shipped, we will provide you with a link to track it online.
Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. We would also group two distinct orders placed separately into one to reduce the shipping fee, if we are notified accordingly.
Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.
